 Lee's Guitar Works ("We/us/our") operates http://www.leesguitarworks.co.uk (“the Site”). This page outlines our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

1. What type of data do we collect?

 We collect personal data, such as your name, postal addresses, email address, phone number, purchase history and browsing behaviour. We collect and store this data whenever you submit your data to us via a contact form. As you browse our site, we also collect data about how you interact with our website, what search terms you use and which products you look at. This data includes using your IP address to determine your location.

 We use your personal information to contact you to provide you with quotations and subsequent conact as required.. Your personal data also allows us to:

- Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or service. (we will only ever contact you in this way if have you have given explicit consent for us to do so by signing up for our mailing list.)

Google Analytics - We never share your personal information with Google, but your information may be used to profile you against your existing Google account. This in turn allows us to serve you with relevant advertising on Google’s sites based on your browsing history. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.­­js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Royal Mail - We use Royal Mail and send any required parts or invoices as requested by you. We will send them the details required to do so, including your Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address.

 We will never send you marketing emails unless have given your explicit consent for us to do so, normally by signing up to our mailing list. You can withdraw this consent at any time, either by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

 Having said this, we abide by this privacy policy to the greatest extent we can in the management of external web services utilised by Lee's Guitar Works such as Youtube, Instagram and Whatsapp. These services are however governed by their own privacy policies.
